• $140,000 - $155,000 base, depending on the candidate

Your responsibilities will include the following:

​

• Implement and embed the risk management framework within the Technology function, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

• Identify, manage, and develop response plans for strategic, operational, and emerging risks in collaboration with the business

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify changes in risk profiles associated with business strategy, projects, market factors, and legal/regulatory obligations

• Provide valuable insights on risk management activities, champion risk culture, and contribute to quarterly reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board Audit & Risk Committee

 

Skills / Experience required:

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation

• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written

• Critical thinking mindset, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple priorities effectively, and deliver real value
